Plain and simple: STOP PURSUING PERFECTION – it is like pursuing the moon on a bicycle. Impossible. Don’t waste your time, resources and calm on pursuing perfect anything.

Stop walling yourself off what what is good and connecting. Our walls are often in place when really if we use “The Bucket” instead of a wall, we would be more calm and connected.
